In-depth case study on a major SCADA transformation undertaken by a Victorian water utility. This presentation follows the project journey from strategic planning and detailed design through to implementation, commissioning, and operational handover. SGA’s SCADA 4.1 (ASM-aligned template library, high performance HMI principles, and advanced SCADA tools) were leveraged to deliver a modern, scalable, and operator-centric control system.
